Replaced battery, tries to start when neg attached
Hello,
Just replaced the battery and terminals on my 2001 Trooper. When I connect the negative terminal the engine starts turning over... It doesn't start of course because the ignition isn't on. But what the heck?! I thought maybe I mixed up some of the wires when I replaced the new terminals, but I double checked them and they are good. Bad starter that somehow went bad at the same time as the battery?
