Tranny problems

Well Stella''s Transmission was slipping so I did an filter and Fluid swap but
she still slips and has no power. She''s an automatic 4x4, V-6. Has my
nightmare come true or is this an easy fix that doesn''t mean a new a re-
build tranny.
