2000 Rodeo transmission is slipping and will not shift. how do you check fluid level and what kind of fluid does it use?

dextron 3 or 2 fluid will work,there are 2 plugs in the bottom of the pan check an fill it at the highest one with engine running.isuzu recommends use only there fluid.G-liecensed,but dex3 will work fine
