Had a mechanic pull the codes, he said I need a knock sensor. Got one, took intake manifold off, there is no knock sensor! there are two empty plugs to connect them but nowhere to put a knock sensor! Alright, so I bought a vehicle with a swapped engine? maybe thats my problem all along. Anyway, what can I do now to satisfy the computer, which wants a knock sensor? which V6'es don't have one? is it possible to program the computer according to the engine?
