i posted this in the rodeo section but figured id post here too to get more input. i just got a 94 rodeo and it had the stock headunit in it. i bought a new pioneer headunit and hardwired it in. it turns on fine but no noise or anything from the speakers! i double checked my wiring and even tested the wires on the stock harness that go to the speakers (checked them with a AA battery and the speakers popped like they should) but still i have no music :-( i even returned the headunit thinking it was defective but the new one did the same thing.... am i missing something? to my knowledge the rodeo doesnt have a external amp does it?? any help would be greatly appreciated. i need my music!!
