Im having trouble getting my 91 to run. I think i have 2 issues. First I am getting no power to my fuel pump. Second when i do get power i dont think the jets are spraying any fuel down into the throttle body.
I bought 2 new relays for the pump and the pump back up, and checked all my fuses everything checked out. Originally i thought my pump was bad so I used a 18v ryobi drill battery to test the pump and it works.

I don't know if it has any relation to the not starting issue but none of my center guages are working either.
