1993 trooper died on interstate
I just replaced all the gaskets in the engine, radiator, serp belts, and a handful of other minor parts on my 1993 Trooper and it started up n ran like normal. I drove it around town doin errands for half an hour and then when i got on the interstate i lost a huge amount power before even getting up to speed. I was able to drive it about a mile like this till i got to the next exit and as i was coming up the ramp it died on its own. it will turn over without problem but it won't fire. I got it home and in the garage finally and checked for spark, good spark on the wires. Then i checked for gas, I'm getting good pressure in the fuel rail so fuel pump/lines/etc... is not the problem. It's like there is no fuel coming out of the injectors. I ran a diagnostics test on it and found no codes. I squirted a bit of gas in the throttle body to try n get it to fire up but that didn't even do it. I've been staring at this thing for a few hours now checking all my hoses and connectors but have found nothing irregular. Any information on where to look next would be great.
One, she was murdered when she was 14 years old by an aqaintence of hers. My brother lost his best friend at 15 who was walking down a train track, he had headphones on and did not hear it comming. Coincidence?? No. It was a tradgedy.
