i have a 3.2 in a 95 rodeo and i am changing valve cover gaskets due to oil in the spark plug boot tube what ever you want to call it and while i have it apart i would like to fix the tick any body with the same problem if so whats the cure

 

basically within reason there isnt one that is pretty much a common problem for that year range of an isuzu you can try running some Lucas oil additive in with your next lof and that should quiet it down a bit other than that unless you wanna look into engine replacement that will prolly just tick the same or a partiall overhaul there isnt much you can do hope this helps if its any conselation I see them in excess of 200k miles all the time ticking away but still running strong
