I have a 2000 Rodeo 4wd, V6, 5sp with 185,000 miles on it. While I was trying to chase down a fuel delivery issue, another issue developed, my starter won't stop starting.

Key sitting on the seat, without clutch depressed it kept cranking (good thing I have the fuel problem) until I disconnected the battery cable.

I pulled the starter relay, still keeps cranking, I pulled the starter, still 12volts going to it (relay in or out).

Somehow 12v volts is going to the starter past all of the safeties. If anyone has experienced this or has any info for me I sure would appreciate it.
