Default serpentine belt tensioner

Hi folks, I'm new to this forum and have a simple, I hope, question. I just bought a '99 Rodeo 3.2L and the belt tensioner seems to be seized. I was wondering how many bolts there are to take out to remove the tensioner. I took two out but can't seem to budge it.
Thanks.

got the darn thing off! Bolt in center was holding it on. Now I replaced the belt and it seems to be riding up on the back of the fan pulley....it looks like the fan is not lined up with the rest of the accessory pulleys...

Anybody have any ideas on this??

Well, I removed the fan , bracket and all. Took the fan clutch off, and the pulley off the bracket hub. It seems the fan hub is pressed on the shaft of the bracket. Somehow it moved forward. I tapped it back down on the shaft about 3/8 of an inch. Put the whole thing back together and the belt seems fine! Lined up nicely.
