Pulled wire and now Rodeo won't start

Pulled wire and now Rodeo won't start
Any help is appreciated.
1993 Rodeo
3.2L V6
4wd, manual
One day when I went to start the car, my foot caught a wire on the way to the clutch and pulled it from its wiring harness. Now it won't start. The car sounded like it was trying to turn over but never did. It is a blue wire with an about 2.5 inch white plastic piece an inch or so from the end of the wire. Now when I turn the key to start the car, the car also beeps at me, like I left my lights on when turning it off.
