Default Misfiring and shutting off when it reaches running temp

I have a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo 3.2l. For about a week I noticed at 1st start up it would rev high and then go to normal. After about a week I went to start it, it started but started to run a little rough. I went to drive it the other day and after about 1 mile down the road it shut off while driving.....wouldnt start back up for about 20-30 minutes. Then did it again. Their was a code for intake gaskets but those were checked and fine. Good fuel pressure, checked coils and now have no clue. Anyone have this problem or know what else to check out? Mass air flow sensor and temp sensor are good too.

Start the engine open the hood and spray little squirts of brake clean near the intake gastket, near the manifold around vacuum lines and connections if the engine sounds like its changed rpms or smoothed out you have found the leak. You can also use an unlit butane torch instead of brake clean
