3" is all you are going to get out of the suspension for a lift unless you do a SAS. The best place to get the parts for a lift is from independent4x. Matt is great with customer service and drives isuzus himself so is very knowledgeable if you have a problem. Calmini also makes a lift kit but includes alot of parts you dont need, costs more money, and their customer service is almost non existent.

One problem with doing a lift on an '02 is that at some point that year isuzu went to the GM style "large nut" front hubs with sealed bearings and you cannot put manual locking hubs on them. Everything will still work fine but with 2nd gen rodeos they have drive flanges instead of auto/manual hubs so the cv shafts are always turning, even in 2wd. The increased angle from a lift will wear out the cv boots sooner. Just check them occasionally.

But can you change the hubs from an 02+ to the older style in order to put the manual hubs on? Edited by: RyJen

As far as I know you can. Probably wont be cheap though, I think you need the whole knuckle, brakes, and cv axles but I''m not sure. I dont know of anyone that has done it yet.
