I have a 99 rodeo 3.2 4x4 5 speed well over 100K miles. Formerly driven by "young woman only on the street"

My problem (1 of many) is that the speedo/odometer only works intermittently. Sometimes if I reset the trip meter it will start, other times it won''t.
I''m thinking gear cluster behind the dash?
I already removed and cleaned the sensor on the trans tailshaft and it looks fine.

Any ideas?

If this helps there is also the ABS light is on and the 4x4 light blinks. I have been looking at past posts and don''t think they are related- unless someone knows better.
