Auto trans gear knob removal to lift out carpet
Hi, I am refurbishing my `95 TF Rodeo four door crew cab, just removed the crappy old tub and fitted a good s/h alloy tray. Took me a while to rewire the rear lights etc but all good now.
I want to replace the front carpet as the drivers side is well rotted and worn, which is a shame as all of the rest including the rear is in exc cond.
I have removed all the screws around the trans console and just need to remove the large gear **** so I can lift out the front carpet.
I`m hoping there's no hidden springs that will pop out if I unscrew the ****..any tips? cheers
