I have a 1995.5 isuzu rodeo i want to do the 3" body lift from performance accesories but it says it for a manuel transmission. Will it work on my automatic rodeo? If not what can i do for that 3'' body lift?

Ok sounds good to me is it necessary to extend the shifter at all if so how would you recomend doing that?Would there be any alternative to welding in an extension?

On a 5 speed the shifter will have to be extended or it will hit the console before it gets into gear. Welding is the only way I know of to lengthen it. On an automatic I dont think its necessary.

You will also need to extend the shaft for the steering, and look at doing a radiator drop. The fan will hit the lower shroud and if you just take it off it wont cool very well. Some guys have also had to extend their heater hoses.

PS. Tried to reply yesterday but this site continues to give me problems.Edited by: Gizmo42
