2000 honda passport 4x4



i dont know if its normal, or there is a problem, but i went through 3 dollars woth of gas ( about 9 gallons worth in alaska right now ) in 2 days or so. i dont drive much, about 16 miles round trip toand from my job, and then another 12 or so round trip to my wifes work an back.

i havent been driving in 4wd lately as our roads hvent had snow stick, and only engage 4wd when pulling out into traffic.

i dont run the suv hard and drive it as little as possible yet it still seems ot be guzzlign gas.



is there any DIY ways to check for problems at any point in the vehicls fuel delivery system? i dont have many tools and no cash to put it in a shop to get looked at.
