They dont seem too far off. Typical is a bit high, should be more around the stop & go figure. Would like to know what they did for the hypermiler figures.

With regular gas (not 10% ethanol) I got around 18-19 driving to work and back which is all city driving. The best I''ve gotten was a little over 21mpg, all highway between Denver and Utah over the mountains.

Now that I have over sized tires and a roof rack with the spare tire on the roof acting like a brick wall I get around 16-17 mpg to to work and back. Highway mileage really sucks, especially if I go over 60 mph.

Couldn''t pass this one up...

I get 19 highway and 14 towing a boat and around 16 city, with my 95 3.2 4x4 running stock size tires. I also have dual flowmaster exhaust and ram K&N air filter. If I recall, these are still better than showroom numbers where highway was 16.

I''m having trouble lately with my MPG. I use to be able to drive over 100
miles on 1/4 tank. Now, I could drive 30 miles and my 1/4 tank is gone. Can
anyone tell me what''s happening? Is there anything I could do to fix the
problem? Thank you.

Have you checked for leaks underneath and have you smelled fuel? That seems excessive so, outside of the mass air sensor, vaccum leaks, air filter and such, that''s where I''d look first. One of the Techs on here may have more ideas.

I get an all around average...winter and summer...local and highway of 18mpg...on the low end it''s 17mpg in winter and mostly city driving but have gotten as much as 23 on the super slab with a tailwind...keep izzys tuned well and keep a couple extra pounds of air in tires...and keep tires well balanced as well.AND..don''t use four wheel lockup any more than necessary....
