Have you checked the fluid level ?
Also check fluid color and smell. Should be bright to dark red and not smell burnt.

I topped it off with ATF import fluid .
The oil is dark transparent red.
and to day i found some oil on the drive way...got to find out where this oil is coming from..
Should I change the transmission filter?

It wouldn't hurt to change the fluid and filter. From what I have been reading these transmissions are pretty fragile.
