I have a 2000 Rodeo. When you push the 4x4 button, the light just flashes, and it doesn't go into 4 wheel drive. I was wondering if maybe the actuator could be stuck (from lack of use) and could be cleaned or repaired? Or if anyone thins that is the problem, or is likely something else?

 

Ok, I took the actuator off the axle housing and there doesn't seem to be any vacuum getting to it. I can't find where the vacuum line originates. Anybody have any ideas?
