Default 90' spacecab shock replacement?

I have noticed that the outside walls of my front tires are really worn so i thought low tire pressure.I checked the pressure and it was perfect in both tires. Then I thought they would be out of alignment but the truck has the original shocks on it. So now I am thinking its the shocks. Any ideas? and what kind of price am i looking at to replace all 4 shocks?

i would get it aligned bad shocks shouldnt cause tires to wear on one side . they usuall cause them to start cupping lots of high low spots. but shocks run 15.99 to 59.99 at auto zone they also have bilstein shocks for ur ride but those are 140.00 each

had a similiar problem on my 94 spacecab and it was lower ball joint. hard to tell driving down the road but if you removed the wheel and jack the truck up under the frame rather than the LCA then you could feel the play by prying on the spindle with a pry bar. Ball joints cost me something like $32 per side and i didn;t have to get an alignment after i replaced them.
