reduced power light
Hello, everybody hopefully you can help me. I have 2004 rodeo 6cyl. about 60k miles on it. A little over a year ago i had a check engine light come on, which turned out to be a tps sensor, codes were cleared. And just a week ago the reduced power light came back on and couldnt go over 30 mph. Went to autozone got the codes : p1125/ p1515 / p1295
Which states pretty much that it's a tps sensor issue. I cant understand how in a little over a year i'm having the same issue with the tps. I looked for cut or chaffed wires. made sure the connections from tps and ecm were tight , no corrosion. So if anyone can give me an idea, or if you had similar issues i would appreciate the advice. Because the only isuzu dealer near me which is about 40 miles away, is charging $100.00 hour diagnostic fee, which is ridicuolus. Hope to hear from someone, thanks in advance

same codes for me
well, I have the same three codes. I wouldn't take my Rodeo to a dealer if they paid me. I bought a scanner for $40 bucks, and I'll get the codes myself from now on!!! Amazing how simple it is, takes about a minute to read them. I'm thinking I'll check the wiring first, it seems to be intermittent problem. I read another guy found some bad wires that fixed his Rodeo after he replaced every part the codes pointed to without success. The whole bloody wiring harness can't be bad, just a couple wires shorting out. A wiring diagram would come in handy right now. Anybody that can read a road map should be able to find the correct wires to check using the codes.
