AC Dashboard Fan - Dead

98 Rodeo - AC is cold, but only leaks out when vehicle is moving down the road. The Dashboard Fan is not working. Fuse is fine. Dealer thinks it is a relay. Another person thinks it is the bearings in the dashboard fan. Where is it located? How do we get to it to find out?[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]
