Good morning, Just signed in here as new member. Many sites are telling me diagnostic connection wires are under left kick panel. Can't seem to find em. My girlfriend has a 99 rodeo. Just all the sudden vehicle wants to turn over more when starting. Almost like not enough fuel. Trying to do a diagnostic. If anyone has some clues for me Id greatly appreciate it. Thank you!!
