Default Want to rebuild 2000 Trooper Engine, Want advice

I have a 2000 Trooper 3.5L gas motor. It has over 150,000 miles. It is burning lots of oil, which is killing my O2 sensors and probably the cats. I have done many rebuilds in my day, but never an Isuzu. I believe that it is a Honda engine. What I want to know is even anyone has knowledge about parts availability. Not just rings and bearings, but cams, pistons, valves, etc. With the mileage it has I'm guessing that I may have to punch it 20 or 30 over and probably replace the cam. Any and all thoughts here are appreciated. Oh and, are there any tricks I need to know to get the motor out and back in again? Or other hidden gotchas? Thanks all.
