LOL.... It's not that I don't want a nice Electra Glide.... I just can't afford one. I went to the dealer a couple months ago and was gonna pick me up a super nice Dyna Wide glide.. when he told me 22,895.00 OTD... I went to the kawi dealer and bought a Vulcan 1600 Classic with Windshield, Cobra pipes and a power Commander for 8400.00. Just too much money for me.

Heres a pic

She's got 219,000 on the original engine (with the redesign head put on at 45,000)....shipped her back East by truck and plan on keeping her running bit by bit.</>

The weather in DC looks to turn to "Trooper weather" tomorrow. Snow, then freezing rain, then sleet. When we have a big snowfall I love it when some of the choice parking spots downtown are piled with plowed snow and the cars can't park there.....and I just motor up on top of the snow in 4WD.

Will be watching the SuperBowl and being jealous of the weather.

Good luck with the starting issue. From my experience, if it stutters and bucks its fuel related, if it just dies but then returns its electrical.

I just posted the exact same issue with my 88 trooper. I assume they would have the same motors. Does your porblem trooper have a auto or a manual. Mine is auto? Not sure if it would matter for this problem or not?

Thanks,

T

Hi Todd...Mines a manual 5 speed. Still can't figure it out but keep an eye out on this thread. I'll figure the dam thing out sooner or later....hopefully sooner. I'm gonna try and figure it out this week.
