New poster here. Has anyone replaced the rear axle bearings on the trooper? I cannot figure out where the bearing separates. The housing is in the way of pressing the bearing and I don't know if its strong enough to put in a press with out cracking the bearing housing. I cannot find anything on the web about how to mount the axle on the press to press off the bearings. The manual shows a removal tool number but there is no mention of it on the web and I have no idea where to get one. I ordered another used complete axle assembly so there is no rush, but I would like to rebuild the axles if I can figure out how to get them apart. Any help would be appreciated.
