Hello everyone, a new member here. I have the opportunity to purchase a 2001 Isuzu Trooper S 4x4 with 127,000 miles on the clock.

Are there any chronic problems or things I should look at or pay close attention to?

Make sure it has had the recall applied, I believe around that year there was a possibility of a fuel leak in high speed front end offset crashes, may be only in 2000, but I'd check anyway...
