Hello,

I just put a 1991 trooper back together with a fresh motor but have no power to the fuel pump. The circuit that feeds the fuel pump relay coil is dead when the ignition is on.I have12v(hot all the time) to all relays and power to all other fuses accept this circuit which includes fuses 10, 11 and 12, 12 being the fuel pump relay coil. Everything on the vehicle works outside of this circuit which, from what I can see is powered from the engine relay.I have changed out all the relays, searched the wire harness for signs of damage, unplugged the fuel pump and everything else I could think of trying but no power. Is it possible a device is blocking power to the fuel pump, ie. a roll over switch or other lock out device. Thanks for any light you can shed.
