I've searched endlessly and can not find any real information or DIY's on the rebuilding or modifying the MSG 5 speeds. are they just not worth the time? Is there a very simple manual tranny swap that is more popular(easy to find, better parts availability). I am currently building an MSG-5F out of our 1991 Trooper 2.8L that I CAN NOT FIND PARTS FOR.... I have found very little information about these transmissions' mere existence let alone actually finding parts or cores laying around somewhere. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
