Light Relay Issue?
I have a 1998 Isuzu Trooper. After coming home I turned off the car head lights as usual. In the off position the lights would not shut off. They would flicker when jiggling the light/blinker arm. I could hear it connecting and it sounded like a tapping noise kind of like "mores code" clicking. I jiggled it enough that it was off. Next morning came outside and lights were back on and they were still in the off position. I think there may be an issue with the light relay, headlight arm component, or maybe just a bad battery. I took the battery off charged it back up and the car ran fine with no headlight issues for about 4 days then the battery died again. When the battery died a second time all of my lights were off and my truck was parked for about 14hrs 5pm-7am. I'm thinking it may be a short in the headlight relay that slowly drains the battery. The lights are shutting off as they should and that issue of clicking stopped. Can you tell me where I can find my headlight relay on my vehicle so I can inspect it with a meter.
