Need to identify what is supposed to be a 1984- 85 diesel / non - turbo out of a wreaked trooper, which is missing a starter snd alternator. I am possibly going to install the engine, into a 1949 ****** jeep. In fact I was given three Isuzu engines, and have no experience with them. Was told they are a good
engine, and I need this for farm work. I note one is supposed to be from a chevrolet, one is older, with many less assesories hanging from it,
and one is supposed to be from the trooper. Two have 6 bolt flywheels, while the ( trooper ) engine has 8 bolt holes, and a dish lip on the face of the flywheel. This engine rolls over, so I really need a starter to begin with. I appreaiate any thoughts, or places to look, and I note RockAuto sell Isuzu engine
