I don't have any plans to get down that way, but if you find yourself in Arkansas I'd be glad to help you out. If you get that trans out and figure out what parts it needs I can help you get replacements, either new or used...

Just got a job! Hell yeah!!!! I'm thinking of just getting a used tranny now that I'm working. What would be a fair price??

I get $300 for mine, but it would be a drive for you. Hopefully you can find something in your local area.

Look at Rodeos and pickups while you're there.... if they have the fuel injected 2.6 and are 4X4 it's the same transmission..

REALLY: I would enjoy what your idology of that 'Accident"{ to my trooper would reveal?
the rpm limiter? when were they installed as standard equipment?
is there some other obvious twist that I am not visulizing?
