Hi there the 91 2.6L trooper has quit running again so as before I am herein anattempt to communicate with someone that might have an understanding of the nature of the problem and as a result a remedy.
The car will not start because it blows the Fuel Pump St fuse on contact with ignition start position.
Where might i inspect looking for a source of the short or might it be within the internals of a component such as a rely etc?
Any help will be apprecuiated. Thanks. Bob

it could be the pump goto the tank on the passenger side and unplug the connector you can see it through the rear wheel well on the the corner of the tank and the see if the fuse blows or not, if it does then the prbolem is not the fuel pump, the it stops blowing then the problem is either the pump or that connector. there was some problems with that connector
