Hello all - new to the forum and a brand new owner of a first trooper - it's a 96 w/5spd manual.

Anyway, the previous owner JUST got it out of the shop the day I bought it, having installed a new clutch. It's running really well overall, however there were a couple small issues; the shop either damaged or forgot to wire the "switch" that engages the 4WD - at least the indicator light on the dash AND; the cruise control no longer works.

1) The switch/4WD indicator light is fixed! Woohoo!

BUT

2) The shop says that they wouldn't have come close to anything having to do with the cruise control. The owner swears it was working - I believe him.

SO

Any ideas or thoughts? I did a search of threads here and didn't really find anything that would point to something like a blown fuse (I looked at the owners manual and couldn't find anything) Is there any mechanism linking the clutch work to the cruise control??

..fixed. Shop forgot to re-plug the clutch position sensor..
