We are having some problems with the clutch on our 94 Trooper. About a week ago it started having problems engaging, like the pedal was still depressed. Yesterday we tried to drive it and it would not move forward at all. It moves into each gear and stays there but acts like it is not engaging since there is not forward movement. The pedal seems to have also lost all pressure. We are wondering whether this is a fluid issue, like bleeding the slave cylinder, or whether this is a clutch issue where we need to tear into it and take a look. We are confused because the pedal lost all pressure but it will still go into each gear and stay there but not engage and move forward. We did try to put it in gear and then start it and there was still no lurch or forward movement. Any help would be appreciated.
