93 trooper grinding after 4wd disengage

93 trooper 3.2 4wd
After any time in 4wd, right front hub grinds and seems to not totally disengage. It eventually does disengage.
I think manual hubs are the answer. Looks like both WARN and SUPERWINCH have units that will fit.
Any input on which ones?Is an adater kit required?
