Default 90/no clutch pressure..

I'v got a 90 trooper that has no clutch pressure.. I replaced the slave cyl once, and it was working. few days later, no pressure. bought another and put it in, nothing. I'm going to relpace the Master cyl next.

I'm trying to figure out what this manifold thing is.. "From the Master cyl there is a line that runs into this box thing that has the bleeder screw on it. from that a line runs to the slave cyl."
Does anyone know the name of that "box". -all ideas will be looked into

In order to reduce the clutch squeaking noise, damper cylinder is used in clutch hydraulic line between master cylinder and slave cylinder.

The damper cylinder has a 4 screw/bolt cover..

This is how to disassemble:
1. remove cover and gasket
2. Damper rubber
3. Piston assy.
4. spring
5. Cylinder body

Check damper rubber and piston cup for cracks, deformation or damage. replace the damper cylinder assy if nec.

That is straight from the Isuzu workshop manual.
They use the word "Damper cylinder".

Hope this helps.
