Default 89 Trooper Head bolt issue...

Ok, I have a head gasket issue so I'm trying to pull the head. The headbolts are allen head (what a wonderful suprise). It's my understanding that they are torqued to about 70 footpounds. Given that, I am unable to break them loose. I've had a half inch breaker bar on it, an impact wrench and no luck...suggestions (other than fire or a cutting torch.....

use a cheater pipe on the breaker bar. it helps if the engine was warm. if you are having multiple head gasket failures check the casting number on the back of the head and check the deck of the block with a straight edge. make sure the allen is clean inside so the allen socket seats fully in to the head bolt. another option is the erwin brand bolt removers from advance auto or oreilly. there pricey but worth the money. ive removed a few headbolts with them
