Default 1987 Isuzu trooper with a 2.2 diesel, 5 speed manual,4x4.

I have the chance of purchasing a 1987 Isuzu trooper with a 2.2 diesel, 5 speed manual,4x4. It shows 66,653.1 on the odometer. It has no title, so it'll be a donor to my 1965 Scout 80. I know the purists on all fronts are pulling their hair out. I'm not familiar with these drivelines. I want to drop this in my Scout obviously. My limited research says these have roughly 120HP. I think this would be "enough" for the Scout, being it has 93hp as it sits. What would yall's suggestion for this swap, motor only w/adapter for existing driveline or full Isuzu driveline? Assuming I would have to move motor mounts for the swap anyways, I don't think it would be that much more to move a trans crossmember also. I have attached the link to the post on Marketplace. I haven't been able to go take a look at it yet, it's 2 hours away from me, but i've seen a video of it running and other pictures. Being it's a diesel, when i go look at it, I'd do a cold start just to see how it acts. What other precautions should I look for or ask about? I hope I'm in the right place for this post, if not please point me in the right direction. Yall's feedback would be very much appreciated. Update, they wouldn't let me attach the link. This will be used for mostly highway and roads, with an occasional mud, dirt road, beach sand. No heavy duty crawling or deep mud.
