lifting an 89 pick up

hey well i have a 89 pick up and i was thinking about lifting it. i have a set of chevy 17's w/ some offroad tires on it. i was thinking about putting blocks under tha back end but im not sure about how to do it.... any help would be helpful thanks

if i were you i would put a add a leaf package in it sky jacker makes plenty of parts for that truck too lift it you just haft to call and special order it for your truck it should cost about 180 for the add a leaf.
