Question try to drive, but no power?

Have a 1995 4x4 3.2l rodeo and was driving home the other day, then just started loosing power! Now it will start, but idles very ruff! when I try to drive it dies! Have checked fuel pump for gas pumping(checked), changed wires and plugs(checked), catalytic converter(checked), no sign of blown head gasket! no check engine light but it may be burnt out! My next move is to clean TB, do computer diagnosis, check compression in each cylinder! Is there anything else I should look at? any advice would be helpful, thanks
