I'm looking to buy my first car, there's a '98 Rodeo at a lot here where I live, but it has 240,000 miles on it. I test drove it and it has no problem getting to speed, but I did notice two things. One was it sounded like grinding somewhere in the engine area, another was a 'wub wub' sound coming from one of the back tires that slows down when I slow down. Not sure what they are, do these things sound familiar to you? If they are bad signs, should I not buy the car? I'm only asking because I really liked the vehicle. lol
