Hi, guys! I'm new here and I have a question if anyone can possibly help. I have a '96 Rodeo and it keeps stalling on me. The engine starts just fine, but it revs up a little and then just dies. I don't know that much about these, i'm still a farely new owner (bought my first one in feb. this year). Can anyone tell me what could be happening?

Thank you, but i checked all my hoses and they're all good. I cleaned out my EGR valve, went ahead and did an oil change (turns out I had too much old dirty oil in there) and put in some fuel injector cleaner. I don't know which one it was because, as i understand the check engine light is for emissions, but that light went off and my truck is running smooth now. Like I said, I have no idea if all the fixed the problem, but the lights been off for two days now and it was flickering on and off (on for 10 min, off for 5, on again for 20...etc) Who knows. My husband thinks that since I had too much oil in there, and it was dirty, I had basic sludge problems. Probably seizing up my engine. Whatever, at least it's running and now I can get it to my mechanic to run a diagnostic this weekend.
