i have a 99 honda passport or isuzu rodeo if you will. i have found more parts for it as an isuzu than a honda. my question is at idle my rodeo idles at 1600 rpm's i know this is not where its supposed to be. have checked the tb gasket and have changed the idle control valve twice. and the idle is still at 1600rpm's how can i adjust the idle control valve so the rpm's can drop to normal. i need to fix this cause i need to pass smog. any help appreciated. < =""><!--
