More Fuel And Power 92 rodeo 3.1 V6 Help?
You mean making it run richer? That for sure would not give more power. You need something forcing more air in as well. Then you would need tuning, perhaps more timing. So now your talking forced induction (turbo, supercharger etc...) I really doubt stock internal could handle much boost at all. Perhaps, look into some sort of hi flow cold air intake, maybe pulstar spark plugs, better spark plug wires...I'm pretty sure hp gains would be pretty minimal (maybe neighborhood of 10hp?) good luck with your endeavor, I'd be happy to help anyway I can!
i did upgrade my air intake with an 10" edelbrock chrome pan intake for easier air flow. i have 4.55 gears in the rearend which is killing my speed (30-60) im also looking to put a plow on it i upgraded my front suspension to a heavy duty coil over strut but im not sure they make a plow for it so i didnt know if i could modify one from a blazer or another similar vehicle
I see your issues..
Your adding more weight, changing gearing because of this, plus having more low end tq for plowing. I think you would need ALOT of power to offset this. I mean look at an 18 Wheeler... tons of power, tons of weight but 20 plus gears....
Without dumping a butt load of bank, I think your kinda between a rock and a hard place.
