I HAVE A 2004 RODEO 3.5L WITH 44000 MILES. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE ENGINE IS RUNNING A LITTLE ROUGH. CODE IS MISFIRE IN CYLINDER 4. I REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS WITH NO EFFECT. SHOULD I CHECK THE INJECTION BOOT NEXT OR THE INJECTOR, AND HOW DO I DO THAT? THANK YOU VERY MUCH - RUSS

 

you should pull the electical conector of the coil pack on #4 cyclinder to see if it firing or swap coil packs with another cyclinder to see if the problem changes over to the swaped cyclinder.
