I have a 1995 V6 Rodeo 4X4 with 120K. It's a great car but worth nearly nothing on the market. I see lots of later model wrecks at auction with fairly low miles. Has anyone done a late engine, in an early Rodeo like mine? Is it possible and is the engine the same pattern on the rear for bolt in to the bell housing and transfer case? If I bought a wreck I would pull the engine and electronics and swap it all. Any ideas folks? The car is pretty pristine and I hate to let it go.

Since I'm asking I'll ask this as well. Has anyone done a different engine swap in a Rodeo?

 

I do not have any advice for you is because I'm having a similar problem. It really makes me angry
