2001 3.2 2wd Rodeo I’ll try and recap, I bought this vehicle and was told it needed a fuel pump. I started there and new pump worked briefly on its own now it only works when jumped at the fuse. I have power at the relay just not at the fuse. The injectors have power to them but are not injecting, presumably from no grounding pulse. A scan tool gives a communication era, so I am checking components and wire breaks to no avail. I have spark and when jumped fuel pressure is at 45psi. Any ideas what would cut power to the fuel pump fuse and not relay and would also block grounding impulse from computer?

thanks for help CPS sensor solved problem although it has to turn over for at least 30 seconds before fire.
