Looking for info from anybody with knowledge about swaping a 3.2 liter to a 3.5 liter. In Canada, the Rodeo was discontinued in 2002 and we never saw the 3.5 liter motor. I spoke with my Isuzu (now Saturn Saab) dealership and no one there even knew about a 3.5 liter ever being available in the US or Canada. I tried to confirm information from someone on this site about just a longer stroke length and they couldn't tell me. I am wondering if the 3.2 mounts will work with a 3.5, oil consumption in 3.5, fuel milage, wiring and redline, drive line bolt up?. Will I need to replace my gauge cluster and wiring harness, or transmissionor will it all work. If anyone has done this conversion please let me know. Even anyone with knowledge of a 2003 and newer 3.2 liter motor. Does it have the same issues as the 99 that I currently have which is massive oil consumption? Thanks all. Oh, one more thing, has anyone heard whether a Diesel from Australia or other countries will work???
